At Saberzone, our mission goes beyond providing high-quality, immersive lightsabers. We're driven by a personal connection to a cause that touches countless families worldwide, including our own. Alzheimer's, a relentless disease that erodes memory and cognitive functions, took away a loved one dear to our hearts - my grandad.
Growing up, my grandad was more than just a family member. He was an unwavering source of support, a mentor, a confidant, and a friend. As a child, I spent countless hours with him in his large garden, where he would show off his prized tomatoes in the greenhouse, or across the road at the farmer's field, feeding horses. We built models together, discovering the wonder of small engineering systems and pulleys. Those experiences instilled in me a deep love for building, fixing, and problem-solving - qualities that drive Saberzone today.
In 2016, our lives changed when my grandad was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. The disease began eroding his memory and altering his personality, turning a typically polite and considerate man into someone who could become rude and abrupt. It was heartbreaking to see him change in ways he couldn't control. His Alzheimer's journey was fraught with struggles and painful moments, and it profoundly affected us all.
By August 2021, his health had deteriorated so much that he couldn't leave his house. His once lively demeanor and tenacious spirit slowly faded, and within a week, he was bedridden. During those final weeks, we watched helplessly as he lost his ability to eat, speak, and move. His passing left us with a mixture of relief, knowing his suffering was over, but also a deep sense of loss that still lingers.
His journey inspired us to support the Alzheimer's Society. Through this, we want to keep my grandad's memory alive and contribute to a cause that might one day prevent others from enduring the pain Alzheimer's causes. Each purchase from Saberzone supports the Alzheimer's Society, helping to create a world without Alzheimer's and other dementias.

Our Warranty covers absolutely everything, the electronics inside the hilt, the hilt itself and even the blade. We even have so much faith in the durability of our products that we even cover duelling (neopixel lightsabers & blades are not duel-covered).
Yes you can, simply contact us through our customer service team and we will provide you with your options to extend your warranty for an added fee.
In short, definitely. We build our lightsabers with duelling in mind (because otherwise, what's the point?!). Our blades are made with durable polycarbonate found in riot shields and our hilts are made from a variety of premium aluminium alloy metals to offer robust durability.
No! All of our lightsabers offer easy colour changing built-in. All you need to do is use the button, or our new gesture control system, to change the blade colour.
We don't believe in selling just a hilt to then hit you with hidden costs for electronics. We provide our Premium electronics as standard for all lightsabers across the board, which includes a polycarbonate duel-ready blade.
Of course! All our lightsabers have 12 different soundfonts as standard and also have various sound levels (including silent), as well as boasting Gesture Control, Flash-on-Clash, Blaster Deflection Simulation, Velocity Detecting Smooth Swing Technology, and much more! Yes, all of this is included as standard.

All orders are processed within 24 hours to ensure swift delivery, once your order has been processed you cannot cancel your order but can return it.
We will do our best to ship your product as soon as we can! Please check the product page an estimated delivery time.
Orders from US customers are shipped from the USA.
Orders from the EU and UK are shipped from the EU.
Custom Lightsaber Builds are made using patented technologies and shipped from China, allowing us to produce the best quality products at a far more affordable price (if we used the same processes in the UK or USA it would cost 4 times more!).
Every product is quality checked before dispatch, which means we guarantee the best quality and explains our significantly low return rate of less than 0.25%.
Although we try to limit the impact of any additional fees, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes if it is not locally shipped, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The exact value of this may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped, which it is your responsibility to be aware of. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. Saberzone cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. We cannot provide a refund on the basis of refusal to pay any import charge.
We strongly encourage our customers to check all the information they provide both before and after completing an order. We should be able to change some details for your order within 24 hours of the order being placed. However, once your order reaches your courier you will be required to pay a $50 charge to alter any details.

In order to send in your return, it must be authorised by our return staff. Contact Us with the subject "Return Request" and include your order number for approval. Your order number can be found on your order confirmation or any update emails that we have sent you regarding the order (such as tracking). If you no longer have your order number, please include the email address and first and last name used for the order. Returns must be in pristine condition and in original packaging to be eligible for exchange. Shipping is covered by the buyer.
If within the first 14 days after delivery you are unsatisfied, returning your order is as easy as contacting us and beginning the return process. Most lightsabers can be returned for a full refund, however, due to the custom nature of our Lightsaber Builder™, any Lightsaber Builder™ products can only be returned for store credit or exchange.
All orders are custom made and production begins within 24 hours after an order is placed (immediately after processing). Orders can be cancelled unless the order has been processed. To cancel your order, please Contact Us with the subject “Cancellation Request” as well as including your order number. Your order number can be found on your order confirmation email and/or order invoice.
No. We are not affiliated with Lucas ltd or Disney and we will not make replica light sabers from any of the movies, video games, comic books. Our designs do not match anything used in the films, games, comics or any other media.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as the order has not yet been processed, as the order will have then began the delivery process which we cannot undo. We aim to have all orders processed within a maximum of a 24 hour period to ensure swift delivery. If you still wish to receive a refund past the point of processing, we recommend following the returns policy to obtain a full refund.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, wait 5 additional working days and check your bank account again, there may be some processing time from your bank before your refund is officially cleared.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Our Warranties
Most of our sabers come with some form of warranty, which is detailed within their respective product pages. It should, however, be noted that If you dismantle the saber in anyway without first contacting us, this will be classed as a 'break of seal' and the saber will no longer be covered by our warranties.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Business and Innovation Centre, Wearfield Enterprise Park, Sunderland, SR5 2TA, United Kingdom. You should always contact customer service to confirm this prior to sending your product.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
