What is the warranty?

ALL of our sabers come with a FREE 1 Year FULL Warranty, which even covers duelling - you won't find that confidence anywhere else!

What does the warranty cover?

Our Warranty covers absolutely everything, the electronics inside the hilt, the hilt itself and even the blade. We even have so much faith in the durability of our products that we even cover duelling (neopixel sabers & blades are not duel-covered).

Can I extend my warranty?

Yes you can, simply contact us through our customer service team and we will provide you with your options to extend your warranty for an added fee. Or, use our Saber Builder™ to build your own, unique, custom saber and choose your warranty length.

Our Lightsabers

Can I duel with my lightsaber?

In short, definitely.

We build our lightsabers with duelling in mind (because otherwise, what's the point?!). Our blades are made with durable polycarbonate found in riot shields and our hilts are made from a variety of premium aluminium alloy metals to offer robust durability.

Am I stuck to one blade colour?

No! All of our sabers offer easy colour changing built-in. All you need to do is use the button, or our new gesture control system, to change the blade colour.

Do your lightsabers have sounds and effects?

Of course! All our lightsabers have 12 different soundfonts as standard and also have various sound levels (including silent), as well as boasting Gesture Control, Flash-on-Clash, Blaster Deflection Simulation, Velocity Detecting Smooth Swing Technology, and much more! Yes, all of this is included as standard.

Are electronics included?

We don't believe in selling just a hilt to then hit you with hidden costs for electronics. We provide our Premium electronics as standard for all sabers across the board, which includes a polycarbonate duel-ready blade.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?

The delivery times for each product can be found within the 'Shipping Options' tab, found on the product page.

All orders are processed within 24 hours to ensure swift delivery, once your order has been processed you cannot cancel your order but can return it.

How long does it take to ship my product?

We will do our best to ship your product as soon as we can! Please check the announcement bar in the home page for the current production time.

Where is my order coming from?

Although we are based in the UK, we can offer local shipping to USA and EU customers on select products, this is typically stated within the 'Shipping Options' tab in the product page.

Where local delivery is not an option, products are made using patented technologies and shipped from China, allowing us to produce the best quality products at a far more affordable price (if we used the same processes in the UK or USA it would cost 4 times more!).

Every product is quality checked before dispatch, which means we guarantee the best quality and explains our significantly low return rate of less than 0.25%.

Will I have to pay international taxes and duties?

Although we try to limit the impact of any additional fees, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes if it is not locally shipped, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The exact value of this may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped, which it is your responsibility to be aware of. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. Saberzone cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. We cannot provide a refund on the basis of refusal to pay any import charge.


How do I change something on my order?

We strongly encourage our customers to check all the information they provide both before and after completing an order. We should be able to change some details for your order within 24 hours of the order being placed. However, once your order reaches your courier you will be required to pay a $50 charge to alter any details.

What does my order status mean?

Order Confirmed: Your order has been made successfully and is in a queue for processing.

Processing: We have started to handcraft your order.

With Courier: Your order has been made and is on it's way to your doorstep.

Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered.

Why was my order cancelled?

Your order may have been automatically cancelled for various reasons, the most common of which are a failure of payment or our security systems detected a high fraud risk. If you encounter any cancellation or payment problems please contact our customer service team who will be able to solve any problems you may have.

Does my discount code apply to all items in my cart?

Unless otherwise noted, discount codes do not apply to sales and clearance items, Fifth Avenue Collection, and RIP Assortments. In addition, only one discount code can be applied to an order

Do you collect sales tax?

Since we are based in sunny Southern California, we are required to collect sales tax for orders delivered in California. This amount will be displayed before submitting your order

Returns, Exchanges & Cancelations

How do I return my order?

In order to send in your return, it must be authorised by our return staff. Contact Us with the subject "Return Request" and include your order number for approval. Your order number can be found on your order confirmation or any update emails that we have sent you regarding the order (such as tracking). If you no longer have your order number, please include the email address and first and last name used for the order. Returns must be in pristine condition and in original packaging to be eligible for exchange. Shipping is covered by the buyer.

What if I've received a damaged item?

Please Contact Us demonstrating the damage to the item (by image and/or video) and explaining any problems you are having and we will help you out troubleshooting and getting a replacement saber sent out to you straight away!

What is your return policy?

If within the first 14 days after delivery you are unsatisfied, returning your order is as easy as contacting us and beginning the return process. Most sabers can be returned for a full refund, however, due to the custom nature of our Saber Builder™, any Saber Builder™ products can only be returned for store credit or exchange.

How do I cancel my order?

All orders are custom made and production begins within 24 hours after an order is placed (immediately after processing). Orders can be cancelled unless the order has been processed. To cancel your order, please Contact Us with the subject “Cancellation Request” as well as including your order number. Your order number can be found on your order confirmation email and/or order invoice.


What is Klarna?

Klarna is a payment provider for the US and some European countries. It allows you to order different sizes, items, and only pay for what you love.

Buy now, pay later

Try before you buy and get up to 30 days to pay for your order in the US and UK, or pay within 14 days if you're ordering from Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland or Germany.

Pay in 3 easy installments

For UK customers you can split the cost into 3 interest free instalments. That’s one part-payment at purchase, and two further payments at 30 and 60 days.

Our US customers can spread the cost into 4 interest free instalments. Each instalment is charged every 2 weeks.

Does Klarna impact my credit score?

Klarna may run a soft credit search that does not affect a customers credit score and is only visible on your credit file by you and Klarna.

Neither Klarna nor Saberzone run credit searches that could impact your credit rating.

This includes at the point of application, if a payment is missed, or if the outstanding balance enters a debt collection stage.

Anything else about Klarna?

In the UK you must be 18+ to use this credit offer. Klarna uses soft searches with credit reference agencies. These do not affect your credit rating. Missed payments can affect your ability to use Klarna. Pay in 3 instalments, complete terms. A higher initial payment may be required for some consumers.
